    The results are in for this year's High 5 Sports Team of the Year! The Calhoun Yellow Jackets were undefeated, and after three years of trying, they finally conquered their rival Buford Wolves in the state title game. FOX 5's Ken Rodriguez was in Calhoun for a very special evening of celebration!
