High 5 Sports - Prep sports coverage from FOX 5 Atlanta - 16 area teams hold 7-on-7s in Rome

The Hand is always on the lookout for summer workout action, and this time he hit the jackpot.  Our High 5 Sports Facebook fans led The Hand to The Darlington School in Rome, where we found 16 metro Atlanta teams working on 7-on-7 drills.

The two-day event started Thursday, and includes a tournament tonight.  It's a great way for players to get reps against opposition they usually wouldn't see.
