The Miller Grove Wolverines football team is going through what some would call a miracle transformation.
While the Miller Grove basketball program is in the midst of a streak of four state titles, the football team has never even made the playoffs.
But this season, under coach, Damien Weems, they are off to their best start ever. In fact, they are the surprise of region 6-5A after upsetting Stephenson last week to improve to 6-1 -- on pace for the best record in school history.
